We review your drawings or physical samples and work with our long-term manufacturing partners to produce parts for your application.

Material Review & Quotation
We quote based on your drawing or sample and required quantity. For sample-based projects, we assess the material and, where appropriate, recommend alternatives that balance performance and cost for your approval.

Order Confirmation & Production
Once the order and terms are agreed, we arrange production with our long-term manufacturing partners, including tooling and trial samples where needed.

Quality Control & Shipment
We take the lead in quality control, working with our manufacturing partners to check parts against the agreed requirements, and arrange export and shipment.

Selected Projects
From a Sample to Repeat Orders
A customer came to us with a roller component they needed to have made, but no drawings. We took the sample apart, measured the individual parts and prepared CAD drawings. Working with our long-term tooling partner, we then arranged tooling and production. The customer returned with repeat orders.
Roller Components for Truck and Trailer Curtain-Side Systems
We supply a long-term customer with custom roller components for truck and trailer curtain-side systems. Our role includes coordinating the production and supply of the plastic parts, metal connectors and fasteners needed for these components.
Other Custom Components
We have also supplied custom components for milking machines and roof gutters.
